**NOTE** If you need an item by a certain date please contact us immediately so we can do our best to get your item to you asap.
Refunds and Exchanges
We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Please contact us within 4 days of receiving your product

A. Defective Items
If you received an item that has a manufacturer defect:
If you purchased an item that was delivered to you through the USPS or other mail service it is your responsibility to return and to pay for shipping to us and pay to return shipping the item to you, however if we find the Item to be a manufacturer defect,  we will refund the shipping fees you paid with proof of a valid receipt. If you are local and received an item, please bring the item to us and there will not be a fee for shipping.
Returns on orders will only be made if there is manufacturer defect in the item or an error in the size or design on our part.
Please make sure you order correctly for you as we are not responsible for that error caused by you.
B. Choosing colors or fabrics for items over the internet can be tricky as monitors vary and fabrics don't always photograph the same as you see in person. 

We will do our best to show true color/pattern options.
2. Payments
We do accept~Cash, in person only (please do not send cash through mail) There is a link on shadylidz.com for Credit Card payments

We do not accept checks~No exceptions

Shipping;
Shipping fees are as follows:
shipping fees vary depending on bulk and weight or USPS price.
Handling and Shipping during the holidays adds time to your order, orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be delayed.
